In this position, the selected candidate will take an active role in information security governance protecting the men and women that fly our nation's aircraft in harm's way.
Responsibilities:
- Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
- Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
- Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents, such as:
- Determining the location and density of circuitry
- Evaluating electromagnetic radiation
- Isolating malfunctions to component level
- Incorporating engineering designs
- Exercises independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow
- Uses complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer control equipment
- Work may be reviewed by supervisor for general compliance with accepted practices
- May provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians
Basic Qualifications:
-Must have High School Diploma/GED and 6 additional years of related experience/education may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Will also accept a bachelor's degree or appropriate Military Occupational Specialty in electronics repair (or related field) with a minimum of 2 years of electronics / electrical repair experience;
- Must have work experience in manufacturing automated test equipment, troubleshooting, testing, building, and repair

Operations Supply Chain (OSC) within Raytheon supporting Land & Air Defense System (LADS) Strategic Business Unit has an immediate opening for a Principal Specialist, Program Controls Financial Analyst to join our team supporting inter organization contracts.
As a member of the OSC Finance team, the successful candidate will be able to train a group of financial analysts responsible for the daily business and financial activities for programs within the Inter organization transfer (IOT) function. You will be responsible for cost/schedule control and analysis, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Forecasting, Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, partnering with the Program Manager and CAMs, and providing financial leadership in the successful execution of various production contracts. You will drive the operations finance process, monitor program health and compliance, and partner with other functional team members to improve program financial metrics. In addition, this position is responsible for actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the responsible programs. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well as support of 5 Year and AOP forecasting.

**What You Will Do**
+ You will be responsible for supporting the financial performance and execution of programs in the LADS IOT portfolio. This role requires a business partner approach to independent work effort under the direction of finance management.
+ You will be responsible for implementing, reporting, and maintaining financial data within SAP APEX and other standard company tools. You should be able to problem-solve given sufficient input and create methods to analyze data and identify potential issues.
+ Implementation and maintenance of Earned Value Management ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
+ Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.)
+ Develop and support Bi-Annual Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE)
+ Prepare and lead program financial forecasts, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts.
+ Financial point of contact for Program Management and be able to provide financial guidance to Program Operations Managers and non-finance organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.

You Have:
5+ years of experience supporting the Joint Targeting Cycle
Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
Experience overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D
Knowledge of GEOINT software, including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS
Knowledge of the intelligence cycle, collection management cycle, targeting cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques
Knowledge of intelligence support and role in the MDMP
Ability to work rotating shifts
Ability to conduct research
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. + Evaluate root cause for the disputes and recommend improvements to reduce claim errors and prevent improper payments.
+ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
**Skills & Competencies**
+ Proven experience handling provider disputes, appeals, and overpayment recoveries in a managed care or payer environment.
+ In-depth knowledge of medical and hospital claims processing, including CPT/HCPCS, ICD, and modifier usage.
+ Strong understanding of claim system configurations, payment policies, and audit processes.
+ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
+ Ability to translate complex business problems into clear system requirements and process improvements.
+ Proficiency in Excel
+ Knowledge in QNXT preferred
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across teams.

+ Maintains relationships with Health Plans/Product Team and Corporate Operations to ensure all end-to-end business requirements have been documented and interpretation are agreed on and clear for solutioning.

+ Strong interpersonal and (oral and written) communication skills and ability to communicate with those in all positions of the company.
+ Ability to concisely synthesize large and complex requirements.

+ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
+ Ability to work with those in other time zones than your own.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Qualifications**
+ At least 4 years of experience in previous roles in a managed care organization, health insurance or directly adjacent field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
+ Policy/government legislative review knowledge
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Familiarity with administration systems
+ Robust knowledge of Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
+ Previous success in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Project implementation experience
+ Knowledge and experience with federal regulatory policy resources including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
+ Medical Coding certification.
