We are looking for a Junior Immigration Consultant to join our Coordination team in the Frankfurt office. This is a permanent and full-time position which offers a fantastic opportunity to join a unique global leader and be part of an on-going success story. The Coordination team in Frankfurt is an enthusiastic team of professionals with extensive experience in coordination of immigration into the Nordics, Austria and Hungary amongst other jurisdictions such as Albania, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Kosovo. We partner with local providers to deliver the full suite of immigration support to some of the biggest employers across multiple industries so you will be joining a team with many opportunities to learn new immigration processes and work with different people.

About the role:The Junior Consultant will be responsible for overseeing standard immigration cases as well as support the team in an administrative capacity and will also be exposed to a full range of global corporate immigration work.
Key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing straightforward immigration cases under supervision as the main point of contact for the client across multiple jurisdictions Communicate with assignees via email and calls regarding certain procedural and case issues on straightforward immigration processes Drafts applications when required Use a high level of attention to detail at every step to ensure correspondence is clear, concise, and appropriate to the audience, keeping in mind client style Assisting with ad hoc administrative functions, as needed Communicating with colleagues at all levels as required by business needs Able to effectively express oneself verbally in an articulate and polished manner Takes on additional projects as required by business needs

About you:
Ideally you will have previous experience in a client-facing role. Oral and written fluency in English is required. Good/advanced German skills would be beneficial.

**Job Overview**

+ The Global Access Management consultant is responsible for system access control and associated compliance across all Alight Solutions products/services (client and internal)

+ The processing of account creation requests in line with the associated Standard Operating Procedure and contracted Service Level Agreement.
