Understand complex financial topics and simplify them into clear and concise educational materials for a global audience.
Be a brand champion and advocate who ensures a unified and consistent tone of voice across all communication channels.
Collaborate with designers to create clear content hierarchy that translates into compelling visuals and engaging member experiences.
Edit, proofread, and provide feedback on member-facing collateral including documents, press releases, notices and letters.
Maintain a thorough understanding of UNFCU products, services, policies and procedures.
Stay current on trends in the financial and creative industry to improve work results, solve problems, and take advantage of new opportunities.
