Who You Are 2 to 4 years of experience in copywriting or creative strategy, preferably in DTC, beauty, or wellness. A storyteller at heart - you know how to make a short-form video script feel cinematic . Strong understanding of psychology-based marketing and what truly makes women buy, feel, and trust. Highly collaborative, feedback-friendly, and eager to iterate fast. Bonus: Familiar with tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Slack (we live in them daily).
