What You Will Do

Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications
Required
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field.
* 4+ years' agency experience in copywriting with a strong focus on CRM, digital, or content-driven marketing
* 2+ years of experience developing high-impact messaging for omni-channel CRM campaigns.
* 2+ years of experience leveraging customer data and analytics to personalize messaging and drive campaign performance.
* Strong portfolio of work showcasing CRM, loyalty, and data-driven creative.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
* Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Your Team
You'll join HARMAN Automotive Design - a global, award-winning team of UX/UI, Industrial, Communication, and Motion Designers. You'll collaborate daily with designers, project managers, engineers, and marketing colleagues to ensure our message is as strong as our design.
What You Will Do
* Write, edit, and refine copy for presentations, product demos, workshops, and customer events
* Translate technical features into compelling benefits for B2B audiences (OEMs, industry partners, internal leadership)
* Partner with designers and creative leads to establish a strong written voice for pitches, proposals, and strategic initiatives
* Craft storytelling for experiential journeys, including HMI demonstrations, concept showcases, and innovation roadmaps
