Key Responsibilities Content Development Write, edit, and proofread copy for marketing campaigns, brochures, social media, email, and web content. Translate clinical information into accessible, reader-friendly language. Brand Voice & Messaging Maintain a consistent, approachable, and compassionate brand voice. Ensure all content aligns with EPIC Health's mission, values, and style guidelines. Partner with the design team to create cohesive, visually and verbally aligned campaigns. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with the Marketing and Community Relations teams to brainstorm creative campaign ideas. Quality & Performance Proofread all materials for grammar, accuracy, and tone. Optimize copy for SEO and digital performance where applicable. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field. 2+ years of professional writing experience (healthcare, nonprofit, or agency experience a plus). Skills Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail. Ability to adapt tone for different audiences (patients, providers, community leaders).
