What You'll Do
We are currently looking to full a full time Customer Service Representative, Junior Loan Processor to deliver top-notch customer service to borrowers and ensure their mortgage process goes as quickly and smoothly as possible. This is a crucial role that provides our customers with excellent communication and service from the "contact to close" phase of the loan.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Assist loan processors with clerical duties
