What You'll Do:
Process and enter new and rescheduled scheduling requests (e.g., depositions, hearings, trials) into our internal system (SPOT).
Execute job settings within strict timelines to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage direct billing setups for insurance carriers.
Handle Portal/Hopper requests accurately and efficiently.
Review requests for missing information and proactively follow up with clients.
Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.
Respond to internal inquiries and retrieve necessary records or files.
Ensure compliance with data integrity and security protocols.
Collaborate across departments and perform additional tasks as assigned.
