POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior PMO Analyst is responsible for various methods and practices supporting the priorities of the business to deliver value and provision capabilities as well as improving the overall Program and Portfolio Management (PPM) maturity. This dual function has the responsibility to develop and maintain a PMO framework and integrate delivery of the organization's portfolio of projects, products, and structured work efforts ensuring all are manageable, consistent and aligned toward progressive achievement of overarching goals.

Creation and Maturation
Facilitates among the PMO stakeholders and organizational leadership a consensus around the mission and vision of the PMO organization to establish a program and project framework while building product and project-oriented capabilities aligned to value delivery.
Engages senior leadership and business partners to define the PMO goals and operating model in the form of the PMO charter and mission statement.
Methodology Competency
Leads in the definition and implementation of program and project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines and standards to establish a stable framework that supports all project teams and stakeholders to improve the probability of successful project delivery.
Develops and guides a disciplined PMO practice, putting in place the systems, processes and ways of working to sustain high performing teams.
Facilitates the planning and prioritization of enterprise initiatives ensuring alignment across the organization.
Defines, manages and directs the needed end-to-end PMO work effort, which includes leveraging best practices and techniques in identifying, quantifying and tracking the realization of expected benefits.
