ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
1. Produce numerous routine and ad hoc data requests and reports as requested departments on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Working closely with the Director of Clinical Informatics and Digital Strategy and partnering with Data Engineering, this role transforms raw data into actionable insights by building analytic datasets in Snowflake, developing dashboards and data applications using Snowflake (e.g., Snowsight) and Streamlit, and ensuring high data quality across health care domains.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting
Develop timely, evidence-based analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations (including charts, graphs, and maps) that advance HWHI's mission.
Prepare detailed data summaries, briefing memos, and visual presentations for internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards using the Snowflake data warehouse (e.g., Snowsight) to support operational and strategic reporting needs.
Develop and deploy Streamlit dashboards and lightweight data applications to enable self-service insights for internal stakeholders.
Analyze complex health care datasets, including claims and clinical (EHR/EMR) data and Value-Based Care metrics, to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
