The Cyber Security Analyst II is a crucial junior to mid-level contributor that is required to operate with managerial oversight, as a part of the global Digital Business Team. In this role, you will work with the Cyber team on a variety of Information Security tasks, to include GRC efforts, software vetting, compliance documentation, exception monitoring, and configuration support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide commercial real estate analysis and debt underwriting across all markets and property types Support the senior asset managers in monitoring each position's performance relative to underwriting, budget, and covenants within loan documents Coordination with and/or management of various third-parties including servicers, borrowers, lenders, and construction consultants, amongst others Review and approve draw requests for renovation and ground-up construction projects of varying sizes and scopes ranging from single-use, secondary market transactions to high-profile, trophy projects in major metros Monitor performance of transitional/value-add operating properties including performing lease analysis, TI/LC and Renovation draw reviews, and loan covenant testing Complete quarterly asset updates for various assets Update and/or help create credit committee presentation memos for loan modifications Work collaboratively to achieve department and firm objectives Contribute to the oversight and mentorship of future junior staff members to support an expanding Asset Management platform

PROGRAM ANALYSTSUMMARY: This position is a fulltime Exempt (salary) position, supporting the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). Program Analyst provides business operations support for the Program Management Office in support of the Business Manager and Task Order Manager. Essential Functions: Responsible for Cost Control; deliverables analysis, collection and submission within the MIS. Must be able to ensure that program costs are collected correctly by maintaining active charge numbers, monitoring actual charges, and processing transfers when appropriate. Must be able to able measure performance against established budgets and analyze variances. Must be able to maintain Project Tracking Spreadsheets and related documentation. Must be able to monitor funding status providing reliable and timely notification of funding status with line item detail. Must be able to prepare financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for programs. Must be able to ensure that contractual requirements are met, and Customer financial deliverables are accurate and on time. Must be able to review and approve invoices for submission to customer. Must be able to monitor billing status and unbilled issues, work to resolve issues in a timely manner to manage DSO. Must be able to carefully monitor program revenue and profit recognition to minimize risk to the entire organization. Must be able to perform financial duties such as; preparing month end Accruals, assessing risks, reviewing labor and costs, understand rates and application to the financials, establishing and managing project set ups and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Assists the Government in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements. Reporting includes the usage of MTC resources (personnel and equipment) by soldiers and units. Will have access to and regularly work with Government sensitive data and may be asked to represent the Government at meetings and conferences. Interacts and effectively communicates with corporate and customer management to determine project scope, planning needs, and reporting requirements. Ensures delivery of reports. Implements ISO quality standards. Safeguard and maintain Government furnished equipment, materials and facilities. Coordinate required safety information through direct coordination with government leadership. Ensure that Government and contract guidelines, regulations, policies and standards are complied with. JOB PREREQUISITES/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: Educational Equivalent:, AS/AA with eight (8) years' experience, BA/BS with 5 years' experience (Preferred), subject immaterial. Experience: Experience in program support including Human Resources (HR) administration, scheduling and operations support. Experience with preparing and maintain budgets, including cost and performance reporting, invoicing, record keeping, cost control, forecasting future costs and overtime requirements. Specific Knowledge: Familiar with the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) Experience with travel booking and accounting. Licenses/Certifications/Registrations, etc.: Must possess a valid State Driver's License and maintain Post driving privileges. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
