Facilisgroup has an internal, full-time Data Analyst opening in St. Louis, MO. Local candidates only please. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the design, development, and visualization of data. We need your help to grow our business by analysing and understanding our data and building powerful reporting tools and dashboards. An energetic analyst with strong database skills, who likes turning data into information that will support business decisions. Map and trace data from system to system. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Create new and enhance existing dashboards and reports. Ability to produce ad-hoc reports when requested.

Qualifications
In this role you will:
Collaborate cross functionally to understand internal and external end user needs and business constraints
Work with data engineering team to extract and transform data from many disparate sources
Perform data validation and integrity checks during data load and modeling
Create automated dashboards and ad hoc reports for effective data storytelling that empower business users to make data driven decisions
Perform statistical tests to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives on customer behavior
Champion and resource for data with the organization. Proactively identify areas for opportunity and insight
Help determine data initiative roadmap and timeline given the quality of data currently available. Identify sources of new data to enhance existing datasets
As Data Analyst, you bring with you:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or business preferred
1 - 3 years of related data analytical experience
