JUNIOR MANAGER

Compass Strategy Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Junior Manager, who are proficient and competent, friendly, people-focused, and able to thrive in a high paced environment. A candidate should have an excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to meet a government agency guidelines, maintain a high-level of productivity without sacrificing accuracy able to apply these skills in communicating with all levels of management within a government agency; effectively and efficiently support the Senior Manager in planning and organizing the operations of the contract (Unified Financial Management System - UFMS).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The responsibilities and duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

+ Responsible for providing support to the Senior Manager in the overall direction, management and supervision of employees hired under the contract.

+ Act as liaison between Management, on-site supervisors/team leaders and all other contractor hired employees.

+ Provide effective document review, data analysis, on-line data entry support and recommend revisions to user documentation to maintain the efficient and effective completion of all tasks assigned.

+ Assess daily the status of the workload, and, if required, recommend or take appropriate measures to correct emergency developments which may impede timely performance of the contract.

+ Interface with the COR or other CO appointed designee on a daily basis regarding performance issues.

+ Prepare daily, weekly and semimonthly project status reports and support Senior Management in the analysis of statistical data relating to staff productivity, accuracy rates and staff attendance.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

+ Must have a Secret Clearance

+ National security clearance must be granted through the Department of Defense (DOD) Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)

+ Must be a US Citizen

EDUCATION

+ Bachelor's degree

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

+ (4) years of experience in the management, supervision and analysis of data/word processing, bookkeeping and accounting operations

+ Technically qualified in all aspects of nationwide contract management and ensure that all tasks identified are completed in accordance with contract requirements.

+ Demonstrate the required experience, skills, and the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

+ Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under pressure.
