JUNIOR MANAGER

Compass Strategy Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Junior Manager, who are proficient and competent, friendly, people-focused, and able to thrive in a high paced environment. A candidate should have an excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to meet a government agency guidelines, maintain a high-level of productivity without sacrificing accuracy able to apply these skills in communicating with all levels of management within a government agency; effectively and efficiently support the Senior Manager in planning and organizing the operations of the contract (Unified Financial Management System - UFMS).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The responsibilities and duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

+ Responsible for providing support to the Senior Manager in the overall direction, management and supervision of employees hired under the contract.

+ Act as liaison between Management, on-site supervisors/team leaders and all other contractor hired employees.

+ Provide effective document review, data analysis, on-line data entry support and recommend revisions to user documentation to maintain the efficient and effective completion of all tasks assigned.

+ Assess daily the status of the workload, and, if required, recommend or take appropriate measures to correct emergency developments which may impede timely performance of the contract.

+ Interface with the COR or other CO appointed designee on a daily basis regarding performance issues.

+ Prepare daily, weekly and semimonthly project status reports and support Senior Management in the analysis of statistical data relating to staff productivity, accuracy rates and staff attendance.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

+ Must have a Secret Clearance

+ National security clearance must be granted through the Department of Defense (DOD) Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)

+ Must be a US Citizen

EDUCATION

+ Bachelor's degree

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

+ (4) years of experience in the management, supervision and analysis of data/word processing, bookkeeping and accounting operations

+ Technically qualified in all aspects of nationwide contract management and ensure that all tasks identified are completed in accordance with contract requirements.

+ Demonstrate the required experience, skills, and the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

+ Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under pressure.

While performing the duties of this position, you occasionally may have to lift boxes which weigh approximately 20 lbs. You may be expected to sit at a desk for long hours in front of a computer screen, and you will need to make and receive phone calls.

We are looking for someone to take our US website to the next level and activate an organic growth strategy on both our B2C and B2B sides of the business.

As a Jr. Organic Growth Manager you will focus on the localization and optimization of the JobandTalent domain for the country you represent. You will ensure the content is targeted toward our key verticals, locations, and personas; with the best ability to rank, convert, and educate our users and clients on the value of J&T.

Reporting directly to the Head of Organic Growth, you will work to ensure quality and effectiveness of your local domain and webflows. You will work with the Head of Organic Growth to track and measure your domain's performance, and work closely with the SEO Team to ensure all avenues for SEO are covered on their site.

You are…
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing with an interest in SEO
- An expert communicator - writing and editing are a passion
- Experienced with marketing campaign creation
- Interested and understand the basics of SEO, KW Research, and on-page optimization
- Experienced in building out websites, working in a CMS, and landing page creation
- Interested in learning more about CRO and a/b testing
- Experienced in working in the local language at a native level Into analytics, measuring impact, and a data driven approach to marketing

The Ideal **Jr. Preconstruction Manager will:**

+ Involved in the bid process

+ Assist in a complete project cost evaluation

+ Develop detailed scopes of work

+ Understanding of differential pricing and when to use different unit costs

+ Ability to assemble and present a complete presentation

+ Ability to prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates and conceptual cost studies
