Communicate, organize and plan targets for distribution, merchandising, and promotional execution to meet the retailer level business plan by category.
Support additional market call coverage and IDP engagement needed to drive executional clarity on retailer specific promotional events on a local basis. This includes regular call coverage to stores and compression selling to district level retailer decision makers.
Communicate key retailer events and associated inventory recommendations or requirements to the IDP and local warehouse logistic teams to ensure seamless service to retailers.
Evaluate competitive environment and changing shopper habits to collaborate with IDPs and retail partners on developing sales plans across the local market. This could include additional fixtures, display locations or service.

Communicate consistently and professionally retail customer standards, sales opportunities and expectations on program execution timing planned by account.
Visit key accounts and stores to identify strengths and opportunities while building relationships with key local retailer decision makers.
Follow up with all service related issues generated by retailers within 24 hours to ensure that the IDP and retailer have committed to a positive resolution. Communicate store required resets for the IDP to adjust inventory orders and on time placement for planogram integrity measurements for each store following reset timing.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems, as well as ensuring that excellent technical support services are provided.
Employees in this role are responsible for completing ongoing software integration projects (including Oracle-related systems), assist in streamlining communication between internal applications (e.g., CityWorks), and help develop new internal tools and solutions. The role also includes hands-on support in IT operations, such as networking, workstation troubleshooting, and VOIP system maintenance. This position will report to the IT Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with the completion and maintenance of Oracle-based software integrations
Work on facilitating communication between municipal applications, including CityWorks and other legacy or vendor-managed platforms
Develop and maintain internal tools or utilities to improve city operations (primarily using C#, SQL, and related technologies)
Analyzes, tests, debugs, implements, maintains, integrates, customizes, and enhances existing or new systems.
Collaborating with management, external consultants, end users and other stakeholders
Creating user guides, training curriculum, policies and other pertinent documentation for internal and external partners
Researching, troubleshooting and mitigating system issues

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related area; plus three years of experience in computer science, information technology, ERP, or related area. Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements.
Special Qualifications:
Possession of a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle. Requirement exists at the time of hire and as a condition of continued employment.

General Summary

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:**
+ Identify and research potential acquisition opportunities through market analysis and interactions with business partners.
+ Perform reporting and analysis on M&A activity and strategic partnerships in the industry.
+ Perform and support financial analysis of potential acquisitions and coordination of due diligence.
+ Assist functional due diligence teams, including legal, finance & accounting, tax, human resources, operations, IT, sales, and strategy.
+ Provide support in negotiations, creation of term sheets and definitive agreements.
+ Provide coordination of all transaction documents within the data room.
+ Develop financial projections for acquisition targets and integration plans.
+ Perform various valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, comparable and precedent transactions, as well as potential consequences.
+ Prepare presentations and reporting to senior management on potential M&A transactions, capital structure, and strategic growth initiatives.
+ Monitor past acquisition metrics.
+ Ad-hoc analysis, financial modeling, and additional responsibilities as required.
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:**
+ At least 2 years of related experience in transaction advisory, M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or consulting.
+ Previous experience preparing complex financial models (proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must).
+ Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to communicate at all levels within an organization, with external partners and potential targets.
+ Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to take initiative and create concise and decision supporting analysis is essential.
+ High degree of integrity and honesty. Must maintain confidentiality at all times, as this position requires high level of responsibility regarding confidential information.
+ Experience business intelligence applications a plus.
+ Experience with enterprise systems and reporting tools a plus.
+ Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required.
+ Advanced graduate degree, including an MBA is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems, as well as ensuring that excellent technical support services are provided.
Employees in this role are responsible for completing ongoing software integration projects (including Oracle-related systems), assist in streamlining communication between internal applications (e.g., CityWorks), and help develop new internal tools and solutions. The role also includes hands-on support in IT operations, such as networking, workstation troubleshooting, and VOIP system maintenance. This position will report to the IT Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with the completion and maintenance of Oracle-based software integrations
Work on facilitating communication between municipal applications, including CityWorks and other legacy or vendor-managed platforms
Develop and maintain internal tools or utilities to improve city operations (primarily using C#, SQL, and related technologies)
Analyzes, tests, debugs, implements, maintains, integrates, customizes, and enhances existing or new systems.
Collaborating with management, external consultants, end users and other stakeholders
Creating user guides, training curriculum, policies and other pertinent documentation for internal and external partners
Researching, troubleshooting and mitigating system issues

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:

Special Qualifications:
