Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Go for backend logic, T-SQL for database design and optimization, and TypeScript. Develop and integrate RESTful and FHIR-compliant APIs for clinical and laboratory systems interoperability. Optimize laboratory data workflows by designing efficient data models, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines for patient, test, and result data. Implement automated testing, CI pipelines, and deployment processes across cloud or on-prem infrastructures. Collaborate with laboratory staff, clinical stakeholders, and product managers to translate regulatory and operational requirements into robust software solutions. Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards, including HIPAA, CLIA, and CAP, by implementing secure and auditable code practices. Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and maintain high system uptime and reliability. Participate in Sprint / Agile planning sessions, ability to pivot quickly within projects, and meet with multi-department laboratory technical reviews.
