As a Junior Network and Systems Administrator at Ingenuity, you will be part of the Information Technology department and work alongside Development and Support Services teams providing support to our employees. This is an in-person\in-office position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining the studio's systems across all 3 physical locations, which includes directory services, cloud systems, storage and compute infrastructure, operating systems, pipeline, thin clients, desktops, automation, and networking.

Responsibilities:
Oversight. management. and support of critical infrastructure and services including Active Directory, DNS, Monitoring, Storage systems, log management, security, and more. Assist with design, implementation and maintenance of on-prem services and hybrid cloud environments, operating systems, imaging and deployment systems, servers, workstations, and thin\zero clients. Work with Development and Support Services teams and provide end-user support when needed Identify areas of improvement and present those opportunities to technology leadership including options, cost-benefit breakdown, and integration plans Must proactively seek out trends, technologies, and information to keep overall studio technologies current and be aware of possible solutions to studio challenges Author and deliver project presentations/updates to technical/non-technical audiences that include milestones and scheduling Foster positive relationships throughout all levels of the studio including peers, supervisors, end-users, production, and management
Requirements:
2+ years of previous experience working in Information Technology, specifically in Systems and\or Network departments. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux (CentOS/RHEL) and Windows based systems. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (DFS, DNS, DHCP, GPO's, SCCM, SCOM) Working knowledge of virtualized environments (VMWare, HyperV, Proxmox) Experience with system monitoring solutions a plus (Sensu, Prometheus, Xabbix, Wazuh, Graylog, etc) Working knowledge of Networking Infrastructure, WAN Design, and Administration.
