The ECSA is responsible for installation, configuration, upgrades, support, monitoring, and maintenance for Epic Client Systems infrastructure. This is a full-time position with an option of working remote or on site.
The Epic Core Team is responsible for managing Epic environments, Epic Client System Administration, Epic print set up, Epic Data Courier Admin, etc. The Epic Core Team works closely with our Cache DBA's, Virtual Hardware System team, Application Deployment team as well as Desktop, End User Computing, and a Support Center. This position ensures that the appropriate analysis and technical requirements are documented for applications changes. The person in this position is responsible for documenting, coding, and assessing application changes for larger application changes that may have minimal interfaces with other applications and systems.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Assesses builds and deploys software and new application functionality.
* Performs unit testing and assists with system and end-user test planning and testing.
* Develops and/or assists with test scripts; may manage the testing process or advise business partners on testing components.
* Analyzes functional and technical requirements for moderate changes or enhancements and updates system designs and specifications.
* Diagnoses system failures and corrects issues.
* Drafts technical specifications based on identified business requirements.
* Supports 3rd party application software; interacts with vendors regarding problems, upgrade schedules, and software installations.
* Provides requested documentation and interviews with auditors and third-party requestors.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* Working knowledge of programming languages

Job Summary

Responsibilities:
The Contract Administrator has four main tasks:
Create and/or edit a document that is consistent with Managed Care Review Committee (MCRC) approval and the terms negotiated by the Managed Care Representative.
Ensure the document has been reviewed and approved by Legal and all terms are approved or modified to meet legal approval.
Maintain documents and update databases. Documents and associated work papers must be maintained for access and easy retrieval. Appropriate databases must be updated and maintained to include contracts management system and the Managed Care Contract Terms Worksheet.
Assist the Managed Care Representative with defined tasks to meet the obligations of the Managed Care Agreements.
The Contract Administrator must ensure that pricing terms have been submitted and received approval from the MCRC or its designee if required. The document must be updated to reflect MCRC pricing terms and, in coordination with the Managed Care Representative, be consistent with negotiated terms submitted on the Contract Term checklist. If specific terms are outliers with Labcorp standard policies or practices, necessary approvals must be provided by the Managed Care Representative and filed into the contract management system.
Agreements requiring Law Department approval shall be forwarded to the Law Department after the Contract Administrator reviews and redlines proposed changes to the documents. Once reviewed for changes and financial approval, the responsible attorney shall identify the contract as approved through contract management system or by communicating in writing that the version of the agreement has been reviewed and approved. An agreement may be approved provided certain changes/corrections are made. It is the responsibility of the Contract Administrator to ensure that the changes/corrections are made prior to document execution. The Contract Administrator shall be responsible for ensuring that the contract is signed by an authorized representative of Labcorp and for ensuring that a fully executed original is returned. If the agreement is not approved, then the Contract Administrator must work with the Managed Care Representative to explain key issues for discussion with the client.
All managed care documents must be maintained in a way they can be produced upon limited notice. Upon execution, all agreements and supporting documentation including but not limited to correspondence concerning negotiations, necessary approvals of Senior Management, MCRC and the Law Department must be kept and maintained by the appropriate contract administrator within the contract management system record. The Managed Care Contract Terms Worksheet must be updated with the final terms and pricing.
To ensure that all requirements of the Managed Care Agreements are met, the Contract Administrator may assist Managed Care Reps to perform required tasks such as PSC and financial reporting.

About the Opportunity
At Ting Internet, our network is the backbone of how we connect communities. As an Engineer II, Network Operations, you'll play a key role in keeping our telecommunications network systems reliable, scalable, and performing at their best.
In this role, you'll support the operation, installation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across local and remote environments. You'll work closely with teammates across engineering and operations, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and help ensure a high-quality experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
Monitor, operate, and support day-to-day network systems with an intermediate level of proficiency
Assist with quality assurance and testing of network infrastructure and services
Identify network issues, investigate root causes, and support corrective and preventive actions
Contribute recommendations for improvements to network systems, tools, and processes
Collaborate within a broader product or system, building influence through technical contributions and teamwork
What You Bring
3+ years in designing, developing, and maintaining complex network operating systems
Ability to work within established guidelines to resolve moderately complex, well-defined problems
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
Comfort working independently with general supervision and clear objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
2-4 years of experience in network operations or a related engineering role
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 USD for US residents OR $80,000 - $90,000 CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications. The Network Engineer Intern will report into the Sr. Manager of IT who oversees the Network team. This team is responsible for maintaining and administering the company's corporate and store networks. Internship Qualifications
Major in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is preferred

AWS Cloud Services.
Cisco/Meraki MX appliances and MR wireless access points.
Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network authentication and device administration.

Program Details
The KnitWell Group Summer Internship Program welcomes the classes of 2026 and 2027 college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor, Haven Well Within, LOFT, Talbots) and Corporate Shared Services to kick-start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands-on with their department for 10-weeks and receive professional development opportunities including executive chats, professional workshops, store visits, etc., and participation in a collaborative team project.
The pay rate for the position is $20.00/hr.
This internship position will be based out of our Distribution Center office location in Etna, OH.
KnitWell Group does not offer housing near any of our corporate office locations. Participating students must have the ability to independently secure and finance housing in a commutable distance of the office location.
