ASRC Federal NetCentric is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and product support services for Army C5ISR mission-critical systems.
We are seeking a
Junior Operations Analyst
to support Project Manager, Positioning Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services by providing administrative, business management, programmatic, contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services.


Roles/Responsibilities:


Responsible for performing the following:


Prepare for meetings, as required, by printing and providing read ahead slides, ensuring conference room readiness, and displaying slides. Coordinate events attended by PM PNT. Review and maintain meeting agendas, coordinate meeting dates with PM PNT Leadership, send meeting invitations, and coordinate arrangements meetings. Process, track, and disseminate all Commanders' Critical Information Requirement (CCIR) notifications received IAW the Program Executive Office (PEO) Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (IEW S). Assist the Government in the preparation and maintenance of PM PNT planning, process, standard operating procedures, and policy documents. Develop and maintain a record of all necessary training as required by PM PNT, PEO IEW S, ASA(ALT) and the Army to perform Operations functions within PM PNT.



Requirements



A bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 1 years' experience or 3 years' experience in Operations.


Ability to manage, track the staffing and coordination, and report on all task actions, event schedules, and reports within PM. Current Top Secret Clearance.

Principales Responsabilidades

1. Brindar soporte técnico al laboratorio de aplicaciones de fragancias con el propósito de asegurar una ventaja competitiva para la empresa en el desarrollo de propuestas y soluciones para dar respuesta a los requerimientos de los clientes.

2. Administrar y gestionar el manejo de materias primas, bases y empaques provistos por clientes y/o preparadas en el laboratorio siguiendo las directivas establecidas por la Empresa para el almacenaje y destrucción de las mismas.

3. Desarrollar las funciones necesarias para establecer y administrar un banco de bases para la empresa, interactuando con otras afiliadas o proveedores de materias primas y asegurando las condiciones adecuadas en la aplicación de las fragancias para provisión interna y soporte a clientes cuando sea necesario.

4. Optimizar y priorizar las actividades del Laboratorio de Aplicaciones con el propósito de atender a las necesidades de clientes internos y externos.

5. Preparar reportes de resultados para los clientes externos e internos. Mantenerse actualizado de las mejores herramientas a utilizar.

6. Proponer conceptos novedosos y/o aplicaciones específicas con el objeto de responder a necesidades o problemáticas de ventas o marketing acercando propuestas innovadoras que a su vez permitan mantener o ampliar el negocio.

7. Interactuar y colaborar con los distintos sectores (sampling, evaluación, ventas) para construir una buena relación de trabajo con el resto del equipo y de esta manera contribuir con la construcción y mejora del negocio.

8. Conocimiento de EHS guidelines referidas a la operación y mantenimiento del laboratorio.

9. Acompañar y controlar la implementación y la utilización de la documentación ISO 9000 en el área.

10. Realizar otras tareas inherentes al área conforme con la orientación y la solicitud de su supervisor inmediato.
