What you will do :

• You will participate in the creation of new products and features, driving the idea from concept to launch.
• You will work cross-functionally gathering product requirements and prioritizing the implementation of features to ensure the roadmap exceeds market needs and is highly usable to our users.
• Understand the product and the needs of clients.
• Use customer feedback, competitive analysis, and other metrics to guide product roadmap
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams

Skills and Requirements

• 1-3 years of Product Manager experience in an Agile / Scrum Development team preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

K2 Integrity is seeking a Junior Product Manager for the DOLFIN platform. DOLFIN is an online working environment for the financial crimes and sanctions compliance community and used by financial institutions, fintechs, multi-national companies, regional and local banks, government, and non-government organizations across the globe.

The Junior Product Manager will be responsible for working closely with the product and technical teams to oversee the smooth delivery of the DOLFIN platform, while also collaboratively defining the product vision and roadmap for growing DOLFIN within the K2 Integrity tech landscape. A strong candidate will be passionate about technology and building solutions. The role requires a combination of project management, platform administration, process and user experience/interface optimization, and execution skills.

The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The candidate must also be self-motivated, proactive and outcomes focused, while also strong at creating and building productive relationships.
Responsibilities:

* Understand the needs of our customers and our business and use that knowledge to design product features that deliver a world class customer experience.
* Serve as a product expert on the DOLFIN team and broader K2 Integrity team, as well as with clients and other stakeholders.
* Manage uploading, administration, and change management of written, audio and video content on DOLFIN and our video and audio content hosting sites. Maintain consistent visual presentation across different content types and areas on DOLFIN.
* Collaborate with and provide reporting to stakeholders across K2 Integrity on various aspects of the DOLFIN platform, including usage/adoption metrics, bugs, the success of adoption initiatives, and platform roadmap updates.
* Manage user onboarding and user permissions.
* Serve as central point of contact for intake and assessment of stakeholder questions and platform issues, consult with appropriate team members to troubleshoot and resolve challenges, and manage related activities.
* Develop and improve team processes and tools to better scale operations and improve efficiencies.
* Interface with clients to ensure strong outcomes for users.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree required.
* At least three years' experience with software development and delivery, or complex project management.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
* Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail, strong visual presentation skills, and ability to maintain design cohesion.
* Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS) preferred.
* Familiarity with financial crime risk compliance topics preferred.
* Resident in or around Washington, DC, or U.S. resident qualifications with ability to relocate to the Washington, DC area.

We are seeking a Product Administrator for our Voluntary Benefits Division.

Job Overview:

Acts as the key liaison for implementation and communication of product changes and leads others through resolution of issues. Works cross-functionally with other areas to implement product changes, resolve issues and communicate changes to sales, brokers, employers and policyholders. Supports meeting the business objectives for a product modification, ensuring that all marketed products are administered correctly to drive value creation for the division and as required by compliance. Supports and participates in product development initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

+ Oversees successful implementation of product changes by obtaining resources to implement changes, engages appropriate individuals, communicates requirements for successful implementation of all forms, documenting changes and training internal staff and sales staff.

+ Works with compliance and actuarial teams to pursue and obtain approval from state departments of insurance on product filings, providing necessary direction to ensure integrity of product/process.

+ Oversees resolution to any production issue, case exception, product compliance issues and respond to all product related inquiries.

+ Creates and maintains documentation surrounding state required differences; compliance decisions and product changes.

+ Acquires, assesses and archives competitive/industry information. Creates and updates competitive comparisons for key competitors

+ Supports and participates in product development initiatives

Education/Experience required

+ Bachelors degree

+ Minimum 3+ years of insurance industry experience

+ Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel and Power Point

+ Must have ability to collaborate effectively and to work with people at all levels within the company

+ Must be a team player and have the ability to influence team members without direct authority by reaching consensus in order to facilitate moving projects forward

+ Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational and documentation skills

+ Must be innovative and creative in looking for ways to improve current processes

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
