K2 Integrity is seeking a Junior Product Manager for the DOLFIN platform. DOLFIN is an online working environment for the financial crimes and sanctions compliance community and used by financial institutions, fintechs, multi-national companies, regional and local banks, government, and non-government organizations across the globe.

The Junior Product Manager will be responsible for working closely with the product and technical teams to oversee the smooth delivery of the DOLFIN platform, while also collaboratively defining the product vision and roadmap for growing DOLFIN within the K2 Integrity tech landscape. A strong candidate will be passionate about technology and building solutions. The role requires a combination of project management, platform administration, process and user experience/interface optimization, and execution skills.

The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The candidate must also be self-motivated, proactive and outcomes focused, while also strong at creating and building productive relationships.
Responsibilities:

* Understand the needs of our customers and our business and use that knowledge to design product features that deliver a world class customer experience.
* Serve as a product expert on the DOLFIN team and broader K2 Integrity team, as well as with clients and other stakeholders.
* Manage uploading, administration, and change management of written, audio and video content on DOLFIN and our video and audio content hosting sites. Maintain consistent visual presentation across different content types and areas on DOLFIN.
* Collaborate with and provide reporting to stakeholders across K2 Integrity on various aspects of the DOLFIN platform, including usage/adoption metrics, bugs, the success of adoption initiatives, and platform roadmap updates.
* Manage user onboarding and user permissions.
* Serve as central point of contact for intake and assessment of stakeholder questions and platform issues, consult with appropriate team members to troubleshoot and resolve challenges, and manage related activities.
* Develop and improve team processes and tools to better scale operations and improve efficiencies.
* Interface with clients to ensure strong outcomes for users.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree required.
* At least three years' experience with software development and delivery, or complex project management.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
* Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail, strong visual presentation skills, and ability to maintain design cohesion.

Acts as the key liaison for implementation and communication of product changes and leads others through resolution of issues.
