Starting off, depending on your skills and motivation, we will show you how you can land between $75k-100k and then build on that with income that override's the agents production year over year and has you building up your residual income. Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and onboarding high-quality real estate agents into Homeology. This role blends recruiting, relationship building, sales, and coordination. Ideally, applicants are personable and can balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time. This role will consist of reviewing applicants who apply to join our team + call other agents and talk to them about their business and see if we might be a good fit for them. We focus on bringing VALUE and not sell them anything. If it's a fit - great. If not, totally fine as well! Your primary mission: Bring in quality, motivated agents who want to succeed long term and really take their business to the next level. We are not interested in warm bodies. We are looking for agents who are hungry and want to have amazing careers in real estate. Your goal would be to interview and bring on both new and experienced agents. This role is commission only and offers one of the most competitive override structures in the industry for high performers. Core Responsibilities: Sourcing & Outreach (30-40% of your time) Combination of reviewing applications that we get from various job boards & letters to new agents along with making calls to agents in the market Conduct daily outreach via calls, texts, emails, social media, and LinkedIn Manage Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards Re-engage past applicants and leads in our CRM Build warm pipelines and stay in communication with prospects Set appointments Close appointments Screening & Qualification (30-40% of your time) Conduct 20-25 minute zoom screens Evaluate personality, motivation, culture fit, licensing status, and goals Filter out poor fits (protect leadership's time) Move qualified candidates through the interview pipeline In Person Interview (10-20% of your time) Schedule in person at the office interviews (We typically do group interviews but also 1 on 1 as well) Send confirmations and reminders Keep candidates warm and engaged Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in our CRM Onboarding Support & Reporting / KPI's (5-10%) Connect agents with our admin team to get the onboarding paperwork going Track daily / weekly / yearly recruiting metrics Maintain clean data in our recruiting dashboard Deliver daily and weekly recruiting reports to leadership Consistently hit monthly KPIs around screening calls and interviews booked Commission structure: Qualified Agent signed (new or experienced)= $150 per agent Qualified Agent licensed and onboarded (new or experienced. This position is part-time telework, and will require in-person attendance at our Corporate Headquarters office in Herndon, VA 2 days a week and at local hiring events. In this role, you will: + **Provide Candidate support** + Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role. + Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and answer any questions. + Perform initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and fit for the position. + **Provide support to a Senior Recruiter** + Support between 1-3 Senior and Lead recruiters. + Assist Lead Recruiter, TA Manager, and or Senior TA Manager with Hiring Manager status update meetings. + **Receive Learning and Development** + Participate in training sessions to learn and retain the recruiting processes, tools, and best practices. + **Monitor and maintain Metrics** + Will stay on target with candidate movement metrics. + Will stay on target with requisition time to fill. + **Offer Creation** + Recruiter will process/update offer letters in ATS. + **Requisition Support** + Assist in supporting a Senior Recruiter/Lead Recruiter with up to 20-30 different requisitions at a time. + Will assist with cloning requisitions with Senior Recruiter/Lead Recruiter assistance. + Assist in drafting job descriptions, and posting job ads. + **Provide TA Systems Support with assistance** + Gain an understanding of basics in maintaining records in iCIMS or a similar ATS. + Update and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses in the applicant tracking system (ATS). + Assist Senior/Lead Recruiter in sourcing from external resources. (Job Boards) + Conduct Direct employer's weekly outreaches. + **Strategic Recruiting** + Use strategic recruiting to support more challenging skill-sets with guidance from Lead or TA Manager. + Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs with the assistance of Lead or TA Manager. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will have: + Exceptional customer management and service skills + Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams, PowerPoint, etc.) + Prior experience utilizing systems, processes and automation tools + Proven ability to adapt to situational challenges and drive towards customer satisfaction + A minimum of 1 year of experience in (2) of the following areas: + Customer service + Candidate interviewing + Candidate assessment + Candidate sourcing + Marketing, sales and/or lead generation + Proven creative ability in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, including online engagement, social media strategies, networking and more. + A High School Diploma or GED at a minimum + 25% travel required. Additional desired experience and skills: + Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System, Recruiting systems or an HRIS database. + Knowledge of OFCCP compliance. + Active related certifications. + Experience with Federal and/or State & Local government, contracting experience.
