Responsibilities

Position Summary
Virtual Technologies Group (VTG) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our growing Managed Services team. This role is ideal for candidates who have demonstrated consistent career progression, deep technical curiosity, and a passion for building and supporting modern IT environments.
As a Systems Engineer at VTG, you will manage infrastructure solutions across a wide range of client environments. Minimum Qualifications

Experience deploying, configuring, and managing Windows Server environments.
Experience with Group Policy (GPO) creation, management, and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
Familiarity with Linux administration.
Ability to document environments, follow change management processes, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced MSP environments.
Hypervisor deployment and management.
