Job Purpose To deliver construction access equipment to commercial, residential, and industrial construction sites. When not on deliveries, warehouse duties will be a priority. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Deliver and pick-up construction access equipment and accessories at construction jobsites in a professional and safe manner. Count all material and document on the applicable forms clearly and legibly, including all shortages, damages, or any other discrepancies of material Complete pre-trip inspections and document according to ASC guidelines and procedures. Driver will be required to to load and unload material from the truck without assistance or use of a forklift/lull. 2. Coordinate the delivery and/or pick-up with the on-site contact / representative. * Obtain all necessary signatures and give all necessary copies, including safety instructions to the person signing the paperwork. 3. When not driving, primary duties include working in the warehouse inspecting and reconditioning access equipment, loading and unloading trucks, cleaning trucks etc 4. Undertake other duties or special tasks as assigned by the Manager. Minimum Qualifications At least 21 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent Possess a current CDL-A driver's license with a good driving record (No more than 2 incidents in 3 years and no DWI/DUI or Careless/Reckless Driving charges in 5 years) Have a minimum of one year of commercial delivery driving experience; Possess a DOT medical card; Demonstrate a disposition for working as a member of a team; Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills in the English language; Be able to consistently lift 70 lbs. without assistance. Experience in customer service All candidates must submit to drug testing, a criminal background check and E-Verification of their eligibility to work in the US. Working Conditions * Employee will spend periods of time counting, stacking, loading, and unloading construction access equipment and accessories. * Employee will spend long periods of time out in the elements, whether hot or cold.

Job Title: Driver Department: Warehouse Management / Logistics Reports to: Warehouse Manager Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM The Driver supports BakerTriangle Prefab's operations by safely transporting exterior wall panels and related materials from the manufacturing shop to job sites. Most driving will be local, with occasional day trips to Austin or Houston. Deliveries will primarily be made with an F-550 and a gooseneck trailer (40', 24', or 20'). The driver may also move loads using a tractor within the shop (not on public roads). When delivery demands are low, the Driver assists with shop tasks to support overall operations. Essential Job Functions Driving & Deliveries Safely operate delivery vehicles, primarily an F-550, for local deliveries and occasional day trips. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all delivery vehicles. Follow designated routes and schedules as directed. Load and unload wall panels and other construction materials safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate promptly regarding any issues. Shop Support Move loads and materials within the shop using a tractor or other equipment. Assist with receiving, unloading, and staging of materials for panel fabrication. Support the panel production process by assisting with material handling, organization, and clean-up. Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and shop areas. Assist as needed during periods without deliveries to ensure efficient shop operations. Physical Demands To perform the essential functions of this role, the employee must meet the following physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation: Stand and walk for extended periods. Crouch, squat, bend, and climb as needed to access or secure loads. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 lbs. Perform repetitive movements such as loading, unloading, and securing materials. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven work experience as a commercial driver. Valid Class A CDL (required). Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations. Ability to safely handle oversized loads. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Punctual, dependable, and adaptable to handle unexpected situations. Knowledge of safety protocols for material handling and shop operations. Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and shop personnel. Bi-lingual skills are a plus. Preferred Experience At least 1 year of delivery driving experience. Prior experience supporting shop or manufacturing operations. Familiarity with prefabricated building materials is a plus.
