The Nondestructive Testing Sr Technician will independently perform inspections utilizing various advanced NDT techniques (Phased Array UT, CR, DR) seeking corrosion, defects, or detrimental conditions in accordance with specific written criteria. The Sr. Technician will perform inspections, interpret indications, and report results per company requirements. The Sr. Technician will be able to communicate processes, procedures and results to customers. The Sr Technician will assist in training apprentices in the various NDT Methods. The Rope Access - NDE Technician is responsible for carrying out standard rope access operations under the direct supervision of an authorized Level 3 rope access supervisor. The technician will use Industrial Rope Access methods and related equipment to access and complete a wide variety of inspection, maintenance and other industrial work tasks while on ropes or in difficult access areas. Technicians must have the ability to perform work that is physically demanding, have good communication skills and the ability to assimilate a large amount of new information. Responsibilities may also include rescue operations, technical reports and administrative tasks. Work hours, locations, shifts and nature of work assignments vary greatly and travel may be required. The Electrical HTT Technician performs Electrical Heat treatment for the use of heating, normally to extreme temperatures, to achieve a desired result such as hardening or softening of a material. This position performs heat treatment jobs on a variety of components in the refining, petrochemical, power and construction industries, ranging from small to medium size electrical projects and may include other Heat Treat Methods.
