Mr. Farrell has been our Chief Executive Officer since January 2016. From November 2014 through December 2015 Mr. Farrell had been our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. From May 2007 through October 2014, Mr. Farrell had been our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and from September 2006 through May 2007, he was our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Farrell was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alpharma Inc. from April 2002 through August 2006. From July 2000 through April 2002, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations & Communications at Ingersoll-Rand Ltd. From November 1994 through June 2000, he held various senior financial positions at AlliedSignal Inc. Mr. Farrell currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Lydall, Inc., a supplier of engineered thermal, acoustical and filtration products.

Jeffrey L. Harmening is president and chief executive officer of General Mills, having taken over from Ken Powell in June 2017. He served as Chief Operating Officer of General Mills, Inc. since July 1, 2016 until May 31, 2017.

Lawrence Kurzius is the President and Chief Operating Officer for McCormick. he has responsibility for businesses worldwide. Kurzius continues to lead Global Quality, Supply Chain and R&D Corporate functions and acts as President Global Consumer and President North America, and is a member of McCormick's Management Committee. Kurzius joined McCormick in 2003 through the acquisition of Zatarain’s, where he was President and CEO. In 2005, he became Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Marketing for McCormick’s U.S. Consumer. He was promoted to President U.S. Consumer Foods in 2005 and, in 2007, became McCormick’s President Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2008, he was named President International businesses. He was named President Global Consumer and CAO in 2013 and in 2014 was named President Americas and China and Chief Administrative Officer and assumed his current responsibilities in 2015. Prior to McCormick, Kurzius spent 12 years at Zatarain’s and was a marketing executive with the Quaker Oats Company and Mars Inc.’s Uncle Ben’s Company. Kurzius graduated from Princeton University, in Economics, and is a former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s New Orleans Branch. He is a trustee of Jacksonville University.

Rob Vitale has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Post Holdings since 2014. He joined the company during the time of its spinoff from Ralcorp and was the company’s Chief Financial Officer from 2011-2014. He has been a member of the Board of Directors at Post Holdings since 2014. During his time at Post, the company has completed 15 major acquisitions and executed a variety of innovative financial transactions, including the creation and spinoff of Post’s active nutrition units into a new public company, BellRing Brands, Inc. in 2019. He also serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of BellRing Brands. These acquisitions and transactions have increased revenue from $900 million in fiscal 2012 to nearly $6 billion today. Prior experience: Prior to Post, his background includes a history of organization leadership, transformative growth and acquisitions. He served as president and chief executive officer of AHM Financial Group LLC, a diversified financial services firm, which grew five-fold in revenue during his time leading the company. Prior to AHM, he was a partner in Westgate Group LLC, a consumer products private equity firm. Early in his career, he worked at Boatmen’s Bancshares and KPMG. He received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BSBA from St. Louis University.
