What I like best about working at Just Funk is leaving work at the end of the day.

More active management with a recognition that your employees are what makes you money and they can go elsewhere.

I prepared for the interview a little, but the management was late, unorganized and had no idea how to do an interview

In my experience the wages offered to most employees were well below average.

It appeared to be a fairly diverse organization.

Knowing that I can leave at the end of the day.

Friendly coworkers, fun products, flexible work hours and hybrid work.

The pay is not competitive, and the owners would rather put more money in their pockets than paying employees what they are worth. No severance pay, no pension. Owners can't pay their bills on time, or provide/ fix equipment needed for design team. Constant eviction notices because they aren't paying rent. Massive layoffs because they are not managing the financials properly. Failing to pay medical benefits, which get denied when filing claims. The owners is disrespectful and doesn't seem to care about the well being of the employees. The owners live the life of luxury, traveling, buying expensive clothes, attending expensive events, driving expensive cars, vacationing....but they can't spend money on their employees or the equipment???? Where are their priorities. Invest in your business and your people before living high on the hog. Pay your employees a bonus at the end of the year. THEY WORKED HARD, AND THEY DESERVE IT.

Free stuff that eventually gets donated because it was rejected. Finding products you created on store shelves.

Pay your employees better. Manage the financials better. Get your shit together.

I waited 2 hours for them to arrive.

Well below average. They don't pay a competitive salary to the designers. They are late on the annual reviews and raises, and they get pushed back for months. Hard to survive on the salary they offer. Living paycheck to paycheck.

They're racist. All the African Americans that have worked here haven't stayed long, and have mentioned how disrespectfully they were treated before they quit.

Close coworkers are fun. Office pot lucks. Discussing new products and licenses and what would be fun to produce.
