Small amount of workers that easily get along, indoors, pto, 10 percent monthly bonuses
They care enough about salaries and the bonuses but forget that the hourly workers are the ones actually making the profit. Hourly employees continuously meet million dollar expectations for near minimum wage.

Keeping their word, say what u mean and stick to it. Many employees have been told that they get a 90 day and one year raise. Raises are truly all over the place. Sometimes pay is decided by threatening to leave. So one might stay for more money.
