Michael Seckler is responsible for investor relations and investment operations at Euclidean Technologies. Prior to Euclidean, Mr. Seckler was Division Vice President of ADP Employees, a $150M business employing 700 people within ADP. In this role, Mr. Seckler had overall P&L responsibility and was responsible for operations, product development, and strategy for the business. Prior to this role, Mr. Seckler co-founded the pioneering Software-as-a-Service firm, Employees. At Employees, Mr. Seckler was responsible for business development and helped lead the company to 36 straight quarters of revenue growth prior to the company’s acquisition by ADP for $160M. Mr. Seckler graduated from Williams College with a dual bachelor’s degree in History & Geology.

Johnathan oversees the Finance team, responsible for equipping management with data and analysis to drive action that aligns with the company’s overall growth strategy. He focuses on optimizing the company's return on capital while building controls and processes that scale effectively. Prior to Justworks, Johnathan worked at a food recipe start-up called Gojee (later acquired by XO Group). He started his career at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division where he worked in both the Financial Sponsors Group and the Technology Group. Johnathan is originally from Tennessee and holds a BA in English from Columbia University and an MBA from Oxford.
