Adam Bowen (born 1974/1975) is an American businessman, and the co-founder (with James Monsees) and chief technology officer of Juul Labs, an electronic cigarette company.

David has over 25 years of Supply Chain and Operations experience across multiple industries leading large-scale transformations for TPG Capital and United Technologies. He has a M.S. in Management from Purdue and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Matt David’s experience as a communications strategist includes work for corporations, successful electoral campaigns, and service in federal and state government. He has held senior communications positions on the last four presidential campaigns, and led communications strategies for the state of California, global fortune 500 companies, technology companies, celebrities, and politicians.
