Must live in the Midwest or South Central US ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and collaborate with Trade Marketing and Category Leadership team to develop custom Chain Retail Programming to drive rate of sale and incremental product placement. Effectively communicate with internal department leads, retail and distribution contacts to develop & execute sales strategy. Routine management of sales execution and category leadership with all partner distributors and chain retail accounts. Develop and deliver successful retail programming partnerships that maximize ROI sales budget management in mind. Work across internal department leads to develop and resolve any customer issues. Facilitate and manage BU meetings, category review and analysis, T2T's, contracted space, and inventory resolution. Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other related fields Great communicator using technology (PowerPoint, Excel, teleconferences, etc.) Required Experience: 5+ years of related work experience in account management of companies with gross sales over $5 Billion Direct experience with insights related to sales metrics derived from scan, IRI and MSAi data. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities along with an analytical aptitude and a passion for uncovering insights Experience leveraging research across a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience Experience distilling actionable insights from complex data and explaining findings to stakeholders in a digestible and compelling manner Team player who possesses a driven personality capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, entrepreneurial environment Travel 40% of the time to multiple markets and HQ appointments.
