Mr. Klietz has spent the past 13 years focusing his efforts on the leveraging of preparedness, response and recovery SaaS technologies to address the needs of tomorrow's resilient communities and organizations today. He joined Juvare in 2007 to support the advancement of emergency management, organizational integrity, business continuity, resiliency, and risk management solutions. He is currently responsible for overseeing the role of SVP and Chief Client and Sales Officer for Juvare spanning the public and private sectors including: national, regional, and local government, defense, healthcare, oil and gas, higher education, transportation, and other commercial industries. Based out of the United States, an International focus includes establishing relationships with regional channel partners across Europe, the Middle East, Australasia, Latin America and Canada. Mr. Klietz received his Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and his Master’s in Business Administration from Marquette University with international graduate study at the Graduate School of Management in France and the National University of Ireland.

Ian Downey is a Co-Managing Director, Chief Operations Officer - Juvare Asia Pacific at Juvare and is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He has worked as Director at ILD Consulting, WebEOC Senior Developer & Software Engineer at Critchlow, and Merchant Banking Support at Bank of New Zealand. Ian attended Victoria University of Wellington between 2000 and 2003.

Jared Wilkes is an Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer at Juvare and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. He has worked as Intern at Victory Sports Network, Branch Rental Manager at Enterprise, and Board Operator at Entercom Kansas City. Jared studied at Hughes Space and Communications.

Torey Best are an Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer at Juvare; CEO at Beats x Books; and CEO at Best & Co., LC and are based in Atlanta, Georgia.
