POSITION SUMMARY:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Director is responsible for overseeing the enterprise-wide identity and access management program, ensuring secure access to systems and data while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate for this role is equipped with the following:
Strong background in information security and access controls

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives
Lead the design, implementation, and management of IAM technologies and solutions
Oversee user provisioning, access certification, and identity lifecycle management processes
Establish and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and least privilege principles
Drive continuous improvement of IAM processes and technologies
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.)
Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and business teams to align IAM initiatives
Manage identity governance, privileged access management, and authentication systems
Lead IAM projects and initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within budget
Develop and maintain IAM metrics and reporting for executive leadership
Manage and develop a team of IAM professionals
Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and best practices
Stay current with emerging industry trends, standards and practices

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management; ideal candidate will likely have 8-10+ years of experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
EDUCATION:

CISA, CISM, and/or CISSP certifications preferred
COMPENSATION:
As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $190,000 to $230,000 per year. This position is also eligible to participate in the Company's Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive Plans.

About the Role:
As a Group Product Manager, Cloud Storage, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, leading the Cloud product strategy for our Block, File, and Object storage IaaS offerings. What You'll Bring to the Team:

Job Summary
The Fixed Assets and Plant Accountant II is responsible for preparing and maintaining records to support the Company's fixed asset (plant) balances. This includes preparation of monthly closing entries, recording of assets and retirements, correspondence with operational personnel related to capital projects, preparation of plant reporting for management and regulatory agencies, and drafting of plant-related budgets and forecasts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monthly Close and Related Processes:
Prepare standard and non-recurring journal entries associated with plant balances.
Prepare accrual journal entries associated with accounts payable.
Complete accruals for capital projects, corresponding with project managers to ensure completeness of capital accruals for the period.
Complete account reconciliations.
Complete and document SOX controls associated with plant process.
Perform fixed asset system close processes.
Prepare balance sheet and income statement variance analysis for plant accounts.
Respond to auditor requests associated with areas of responsibility.
Review and input Finance and Operating Leases into the Company's leasing software.
Capital Projects Management:
Monitor outstanding CWIP balances.

The Portfolio Asset Management Professional will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assets, ensuring optimal financial performance, and compliance with contractual obligations. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, strategic planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of complex renewable energy assets
• Analyze and organize financial data related to asset performance.
• Prepare and present regular reports on asset performance and financial metrics.
• Develop and implement strategic asset management plans.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for asset optimization and risk mitigation.
• Manage day-today stakeholder relationships with local and state authorities, financing partners, regulatory agencies, landowners, and other entities
• Support the resolution of major asset-related issues or outages.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in asset management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and project management abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

About This Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer (Substation) to support the electrical scope of projects for our Power systems. This critical role will drive project execution, ensuring all electrical systems meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, execute within project timelines and budgets, and contribute to the successful deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions.

What You'll Be Working On:
Project Planning & Execution Support: Support development and execution of comprehensive project plans, including technical design, equipment and material specification ensuring budget and schedule alignment..
Contribute to regular project status meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Electrical System Design & Engineering: Contribute to the design and specification of electrical systems for Power systems projects, including but not limited to power generation equipment , transformers, low, medium and high voltage cable and wiring.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.
Develop and review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Procurement & Installation Oversight: Manage the procurement of electrical equipment from vendors.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems at field locations, both domestically and internationally.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Industry Experience: Proven experience in industrial environments, with a preference for experience in power generation and distribution.
Oil & Gas Experience: Experience in the oil and gas sector is highly advantageous.
Technical Expertise: Electrical Engineering Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power systems, control systems, and electrical safety standards.
Equipment Expertise: Experience with electrical equipment design, procurement, and installation.
Industry Standards: Familiarity with relevant industry codes and regulations (e.g., NEC).
Team Participation: Proven ability to be a contributing member in a high performing team
Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Travel Flexibility: Flexibility to travel to field locations up to 25%, or as required.
