BASIC PURPOSE AND PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Supply Chain Specialist manages daily Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) activities, utilizing a solid grasp of DRP logic to support, execute, and optimize inventory flow for assigned product categories across multiple distribution networks. Leveraging Collaboration, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) methods, the specialist balances data management with routine root cause analysis and independent problem-solving to optimize inventory levels while mitigating compliance costs and maintaining service levels.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
DRP Cycle Management : Execute the weekly Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) cycle for assigned products, aligning internal allocation processes and customer replenishment forecasts with inbound freight schedules, and coordinating shipments between our warehouses and customer distribution centers.
Analysis & Problem Solving : Conduct root cause analysis for service failures (e.g., stockouts, early/late deliveries, shortages). Propose corrective action with focus on both immediate and long-term planning and communicate DRP exception messages regarding late shipments or receiving discrepancies.
Reporting & KPIs : Generate and maintain monthly/quarterly DRP reports focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer fill rates, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery metrics.
Planning Optimization : Analyze historical sales data and current forecasts to adjust safety stock and reorder points within the planning system.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with warehouse operations teams and act as a liaison between Sales, Sales Planning, and the DRP team to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods and resolve reported issues.
Training & Development : The candidate must be committed to continuous improvement ideals and advancing from proficiency to adeptness and mastery in DRP software and logistics procedures. Assist in training new team members in planning tools and standard operating procedures.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in logistics planning, MRP, DRP, or inventory control.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and complex spreadsheet functions (VBA, SQL, and basic programming knowledge a plus but not required).
Experience using a DRP/ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and WMS software.

3) Product, Pricing, and Customer Master Management
Maintain product registration and ensure all product information in NetSuite is accurate and up to date.
Maintain and update pricing records for products and customer accounts.
Regularly review and update products, customers, and account information within NetSuite, supporting cross-functional accuracy and operational efficiency.
4) Purchasing & Vendor Management
Generate and issue purchase orders to local vendors, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with cost requirements.

5) Loan & Sample Coordination

Job Summary
The Account Manager acts as the primary service contact responsible for managing the customer relationship for key strategic accounts. This includes timely and accurate pricing, order entry and tracking, inventory management, problem resolution, handling customer inquiries, and providing world class customer service.
The Account Manager has firsthand knowledge of the essentials of assigned key accounts. The ideal candidate is adept in principles of costing, knowledgeable of print and related products, machine capabilities, market segments, and outsourcing partnerships.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
These are the functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Functions as the Primary Owner of Key Accounts, including client relationships and selling/upselling.
* Anticipates customers' needs/expectations; ability to effectively sell Cenveo scope of services to create a professional, mutually beneficial partnership.
* Handles escalated matters with clients/sales/operations; not limited to order status, pricing, billing, shipments.
* Manages data entry/order processing functions, materials creation; website catalog setup; maintenance.
* Expedites and revises job status as needed; generates sales orders utilizing established guidelines.
* Negotiates on behalf of Cenveo, Envelope Group (quality, schedule etc.) to a successful completion.
* Generates and maintains sales, shipment and margin reports; Manages customer visits.
* Utilizes internal technology tools to manage opportunities and achieve results towards account profitability.
* Maintain knowledge of products, production methods and services offered by the company and its competitors and needs of actual and potential customers in the market in general.
Other (Non-Essential) Functions
Includes functions which are normally performed by persons holding this title. However, these functions may be reassigned to other employees as part of a "Reasonable Accommodation" under the ADA.
