Shantanu is a veteran entrepreneur with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and patient wellness. In the late 90s, Shantanu founded an Artificial Intelligence company with the goal of shifting search algorithms from keyword-based to Eigen Space-based and intent driven. For the most part of 2000s, Shantanu served as a leader in Accenture's Healthcare practice and helped drive the firm's healthcare solutions and innovation projects. In his current role, Shantanu leads predictive leader Jvion where he and his team have worked to combine Artificial Intelligence and patient wellness to deliver a predictive solution that prevents patient suffering. Shantanu earned his Bachelor of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in India.

Ritesh Sharma comes with a versatile background of sales and delivery. He has had the opportunity to work in multiple industries including Pharma, Payors, and Providers. Ritesh spent nearly 10 years at Accenture where his focus was on program management, client services, and business development. His reputation in delivery excellence was well known by every client that he worked with, which yielded excellent results for his organization. After Accenture, Ritesh did a series of entrepreneur activities, where he specialized in organically growing small and mid-size organizations and taking them on abnormally high growth curves. This was achieved mainly by his reputation in the market combined with an ability to drive innovation. In his role at Jvion, Ritesh is focused on business development and is tasked with all sales, client services, and account management for the organization.

Jay Deady is Recondo’s Chief Executive Officer. Jay has been a leader, product visionary, and innovator in healthcare information technology for more than 25 years. He most recently served as CEO of Awarepoint, where he grew the company into the leading technology provider in the caregiver and patient asset-flow and capacity-management market. Previously, Jay was Executive Vice President of client solutions for Eclipsys (now Allscripts) where he drove the company’s global go-to-market and solution delivery strategies. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of revenue cycle at McKesson Provider Technologies and held management positions with Cerner Corporation and ADAC Healthcare. Jay holds a BA from Tufts University and is a graduate of the Global Executive Management program of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

John is an internist and physician executive in Health Information Technology and is currently leading Jvion’s clinical strategy. With over 15 years’ leadership experience he has a broad range of expertise in systems management, care transformation and health information systems. Dr. Frownfelter has held a number of medical and medical informatics leadership positions over nearly two decades, highlighted by his role as Chief Medical Information Officer for Inpatient services at Henry Ford Health System and Chief Medical Information Officer for UnityPoint Health where he led clinical IT strategy and launched the analytics programs. Since 2015, Dr. Frownfelter has been bringing his expertise to healthcare through health IT advising to both industry and health systems. His work with Jvion has enhanced their clinical offering and their implementation effectiveness. Dr. Frownfelter has also held professorships at St. George’s University and Wayne State schools of medicine, and the University of Detroit Mercy Physician Assistant School. Dr. Frownfelter received his MD from Wayne State University School of Medicine.

John Showalter is a Chief Product Officer at Jvion and Part-time Faculty at GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY and is based in Jackson, Mississippi. He has worked as Chief Health Information Officer at University of Mississippi Medical Center and Medical Informatics Fellow at PENN STATE HEALTH. John attended Columbia University, Penn State University between 1999 and 2005, and Columbia Engineering between 1996 and 1999.
