Job Description Manage, direct, evaluate, and monitor the Table Games department operations to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and company policies and procedures, maximize guest satisfaction and returns, and ensure the protection of company assets. Monitor and approve personnel-related decisions such as hiring, discharging, performance evaluations, promotions, and the like. Review and analyze operational procedures and practices and marketing strategies to effect maximum business and revenue related to Table Games operations. Review and analyze Table Games financial activity reports. Perform and/or oversee personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, counseling, evaluating, promoting and discharging. Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and laws. Prepare and/or review Table Games forecast and budgets. Administer and monitor established gaming and credit policies and procedures. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in casino management preferred. Must have thorough knowledge of all casino games, rules, procedures, and regulations. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
