Role: The MassageTherapist and Esthetician will maintain the standards of JW Marriott etiquette and service in all interactions with guests and staff. Responsible for providing all guests with customized personal attention that meets and exceeds all of their needs. Must be comfortable anticipating a guest's needs and discussing any guest concerns and be responsible for addressing any extra details required to go above and beyond the guests' expectations. They must follow the established spa guidelines for all spa programs and services adhering strictly to the protocols set forth by Spa Aquae. Responsible for actively selling additional spa services, return visits, as well as retail components that will support the provided service. Goals will be set for retail and treatment sales. Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, schedules, specials, and other services provided at the spa. Use proper etiquette and professionalism at all times. Look for every opportunity to suggest new and enhanced guest experiences. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters team work and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
One (1) year of Esthetic experience preferred
One (1) year of Massage Therapy experience preferred
One (1) year of guest service experience required
Experience in retail preferred
Experience in a similar luxury spa or salon setting.
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills and coordination skills.
Skilled in multi tasking.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:
Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable range of spa services, using professional draping techniques.
Advise all incoming guests of treatment procedures and special instructions.
Provide explanation for all spa techniques and treatments used.
Provide respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' needs with a professional and pleasant manner.
Practice Enhanced Sanitation Guidelines, established by the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology and Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy, while dealing with guests and co-workers.
Provide the range of services within the positions scope of responsibility to the standard, as set by Spa Aquae. Treatments include but are not limited to Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Hot Stone massage, prenatal massage, Sports massage, Facials, Make-up Application, Brow/Lash Tinting, Face and Body Waxing, and Body Treatments with the ability to produce the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques per treatment and department protocol.
Ensure all professional stock used follows the correct company PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.
Attend regularly scheduled product knowledge training classes, attend all staff meetings.
Ensure that you have the necessary skills to perform assigned duties.
Strive to consistently produce a minimum of 15% in retail sales per day / week / month.
Promote and upsell service treatments and enhancements.
Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.

JOB SUMMARY
The MassageTherapist is responsible for providing guests with comprehensive and professional massage, baths, and body therapies, adhering to company SOP's. Performs massage services offered on spa menu, using proper draping techniques, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Adhere to TRILOGY's “Flawless Service, Every Guest, Every Day” philosophy and Spa policy and procedures.
Anticipate guest needs and uphold Spa and TRILOGY's service standards for guest service, including FORBES 5 Star criteria.
Interact cooperatively and professionally with guests and spa team, demonstrating respect, sensitivity, and attentiveness, following all company guidelines.
Provide knowledgeable and thorough massage therapy and body treatment services, while demonstrating professionalism, respect, and sensitivity to guest needs.
Provide guest consultation and personalized recommendations, based on guest's needs, as well as sell and upsell retail products and enhancement treatments.
Responsible for fostering client relationships to enhance satisfaction, ensure repeat business, and support client retention initiatives.
Setup and break down of designated treatment area with the highest respect of fellow co-workers by maintaining neat and well-stocked work areas.
Comply with and maintain safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards, properly clean and sanitize products, rooms, tools and equipment, following TRILOGY and State Governing Boards requirements and guidelines.
Provide guests with a tour of the spa facility, as needed.
Communicate guest complaints or any maintenance issues to Spa Management.
Attend mandatory vendor and company training sessions, as scheduled by Spa Management.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and capabilities.
Must have a current NV Massage Therapy License.
Must have at least 1-3 years' experience in a MassageTherapist position, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
Knowledge of Massage Theory, Anatomy, and Physiology.
Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English.
Must be organized, proactive, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Basic computer software skills, including Microsoft Office.

COMPENSATION: 30% Service Commission vs hourly + Service Charge + Retail Commission
This is a hourly vs commission position. The anticipated commissions earned for this role translates to an hourly pay range of $16.00 to $68.00, not including gratuity. This rate and pay structure is only applicable for jobs to be performed at Green Valley Ranch Spa by Well & Being. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employee Partners are guaranteed at least minimum wage for the hours worked during a given two week payroll period. Administers therapeutic massage to Harrah's/Caesars Republic and retail guests, providing excellent guest service and ensuring a fun-filled, exciting and entertaining environment where the flawless delivery and execution of outstanding service is paramount.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Greets guests using SOS 5 skills and personalized service; offers assistance and/or instruction in the use of the Spa facilities and amenities.
Directs and assists guests in the proper use of steam room, sauna, and whirlpool bath to ensure the guests satisfaction, safety and well-being.
Massages guests using normally accepted techniques and rubbing compounds.
Maintains adequate supplies to ensure the flawless delivery of services and a seamless transition from one treatment to the next.
Maintains a clean and spotless work area.
Reports any safety hazards to the Lead, Supervisor or Manager.
Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
Support to other areas of the Spa/Health Club as needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Licensed in the state of Nevada for Therapeutic Massage
Completes annual CEU credits as required by the Nevada MassageTherapist Board
Two years hotel or resort experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
Literate and fluent in English
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to grasp, use repetitive hand motion, finger dexterity, have hand-eye coordination

General Purpose The Staff Physical Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Therapist with patient related activities and direct patient care. • Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist. • Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
• Assist in maintaining department.
• Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
• Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
• Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides.
• Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problem and plans.
• Participate in in-services training program for other staff in the facility.
• Record treatment changes per policy and procedures.
• Instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
• Report any problems with department equipment so that it is maintained in good working order.
• Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients/residents, families, staff and professional colleagues.

Qualification
Education and/or Experience
Licensed as a Staff Physical Therapy Assistant Board of the States.
Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
Language Skills
Ability to read technical procedures.
Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers and families.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state.
Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices.
Must maintain a license in good standing at all time with the state board.
