What you'll be doing:
Project Planning: Support defining the scope and deliverables of key projects and campaigns.Manage and track scope, timeline, and resources. Develop and maintain comprehensive projectplans.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on objectives andrequirements. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members throughoutthe project lifecycle.
Vendor Management: In some instances, identify and engage with external vendors,contractors and suppliers as needed for execution. Manage vendor relationships and ensurecompliance with BBW standards and quality requirements.

Change Management: Evaluate and manage changes to project scope, requirements, ortimelines. Assess the impacts of changes on project objectives and stakeholders andcommunicate effectively to ensure alignment and minimize disruption.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize theirimpact on project success. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and implementcontingency plans as needed.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for key stakeholders, including senior management. Maintain comprehensiveproject documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and post-implementation reviews.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Motivate team members to achieve projectgoals, resolve conflicts and support professional development.
Who we're looking for:
BA in business administration, retail or marketing management, project management, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in project management within the retail or marketing industry, with a focus on corporate retail or marketing operations.
Strong understanding of retail or marketing processes, systems, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Duda's Director of Revenue Operations will play a proactive role in accelerating the growth of the Commercial Teams and act as a trusted advisor and business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations Leadership. This strategic role reports into our CFO/COO and holds responsibility for enhancing and maintaining the infrastructure, processes, and analytics within our sales tech stack. By doing so, you will empower our Business Development, Sales, and Account Management Teams to achieve predictable and rapid revenue growth.
You will build and continuously optimize scalable processes and structures that align key stakeholders across the revenue cycle to drive operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be supporting our sales assisted process end-to-end while also collaborating closely with Marketing Operations to optimize full-funnel lifecycle management. In essence, you will bring a data-driven strategy to maximize the productivity and impact of Duda's global revenue teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support and optimize all aspects of commercial processes to build a scalable, repeatable, and data-driven sales engine.
Develop and refine infrastructure and workflows within Salesforce as well as across other key tools in the tech stack inclding Apollo, Gong, Leandata, LinkedIn, Vidyard, and PandaDoc.
Build and lead Duda's Revenue Operations team and external consultants to execute on revenue growth initiatives. Drive strategic priorities around funnel management, forecasting, and reporting to facilitate predictable revenue generation.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of commercial KPIs and reporting to ensure alignment of strategic efforts across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
Build accurate forecasts and operations models to support various revenue planning initiatives.
Analyze critical data points to provide insights for sales targets, quota setting, incentives, segmentation, and commission structures.
Champion data governance by leading efforts to audit and maintain Salesforce data integrity, ensuring consistent, and reliable insights. Design dashboards and reports that visualize the entire customer journey, spanning pre- and post-sales activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
8+ years of progressive experience in revenue and/or sales operations, including leadership and management responsibilities. Proven expertise in building high-performing SaaS revenue operations infrastructures.
Strong leadership and program management capabilities to drive organizational change, prioritize initiatives effectively, and deliver both strategic and tactical outcomes.
Deep hands-on experience as a Salesforce Admin, alongside proficiency with associated sales and marketing tech stacks such as Hubspot and Gong.
Salesforce Admin 201 Certification a plus.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling strategies and communicate insights effectively at the executive/senior leader level.
Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management for end-to-end revenue optimization.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Annual base salary range: $145,000-$165,000

What You'll Do:
Perform analysis and designs of commercial, residential building projects, telecommunications structures and other types of structures.
Perform complex engineering calculations by hand or by utilization of computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Enercalc, Bentley System programs and other finite element analysis software.
Work to develop deliverables such as structural design drawings and calculations packages using Microsoft Word, AutoCAD, Revit and other computer software.
Assist in the development of engineering tools to effectively manage the analysis and design process.
Responsible for visiting job sites to observe construction work or to gather field data for renovation projects.
Effectively interact with the client and monitor project timelines and project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Document accurate analysis results and prepare reports and letters for delivery to the client.
Work respectfully with architects, contractors, and other clients and employees in our office, at a client's office or in the field.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in structures, from an ABET accredited institution.
Strong understanding of design codes and regulations for buildings and towers.
Strong understanding of steel, concrete and wood design principles.
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or able to legally work in the Unites States.
Candidates should have excellent communication and organization skills and should exhibit a high level of self-motivation and productivity.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of building design experience

Position Overview
The Business Development Representative fuels early-stage pipeline for the Mid-Market and Enterprise teams by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across North America. You will spark informed conversations that surface prospect needs and help them see where Duda can create impact.
This role centers on curiosity, thoughtful outreach, and clean collaboration with Account Executives and Marketing. Your work sets the pace for the sales cycle and creates essential momentum for the team.
This position strengthens our commercial growth engine by generating qualified opportunities and supports internal mobility for high-performing talent. Success is measured through quality, well-executed activity across core KPIs.
What you'll do
Build top-of-funnel pipeline through targeted prospecting across priority ICPs and personas
Engage prospects with personalized, omni-channel outreach that sparks interest and leads to meetings for AEs
Conduct light qualification to ensure fit, focusing on core needs, use cases, and interest level
Identify prospect challenges and communicate relevant Duda value in a clear, compelling way
Convert early conversations into qualified opportunities that support AE pipeline health
Maintain consistent activity across calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Use sales tools to manage outreach, track progress, and refine prospecting
Partner closely with AEs to plan account penetration strategies that align with territory goals
Help organize special events that support creative business development programs such as virtual sessions or in-person industry gatherings
Education and Experience
2+ years of BDR experience in a SaaS or technology environment
Strong track record of building pipeline and meeting or exceeding activity and meeting targets
Experience with Salesforce required
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Gong, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and similar tools strongly preferred
Background in account-based research or market analysis is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
Base annual salary range is between $58,600 - $93,000.
70/30 base-to-variable compensation split ranging from $25,000 - $40,000.
OTE: $83,600 - $133,000 per year.
This role is also eligible for stock option grants in our privately held company, based on performance and company policy.

What You'll Do:
Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections, to ensure timely and accurate payment from customers
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers on past due balances, resolving billing discrepancies and facilitating payment arrangements as needed
