Thomas 'Tom' McGann is a Chief Executive Officer at K&N Engineering Inc. He has worked as President/CEO at Spyder Active Sports, President/CEO at Motor Sport Aftermarket Group, and President at BURTON.

Luis is a proven professional with more than twenty years of experience delivering solutions for global manufacturers in Semiconductor, Medical Device, Storage & Networking Equipment, as well as Automotive and CPG Foods manufacturers. With more than fifteen years at a senior leadership level, he has established a consistent track record of success by ensuring that solutions delivered serve as a strategic enabler to the success of all aspects of the business. This includes successfully leading 5 full-cycle ERP implementations. Additionally, he has proven himself to be a strong generalist, providing leadership for key strategic initiatives beyond information technology, such as global supply chain optimization, IPO spin-offs, BU divestitures, new product development and facilities builds. This includes leading over 24 M&A integration efforts of varying scopes, as well as two IPO spin-offs and a major business transformation Initiative. The goal has been to focus on leading high value initiatives that enable business growth and profitability.

As SVP of IT at King’s Hawaiian Inc., he and his team have helped to advance the company’s use of technology as a core capability, and ensure the delivery of large scale strategic projects in all areas of the enterprise. Key to success was aligning and improving business processes throughout the enterprise. More recently he completed the selection of an ERP solution, and is currently leading the implementation of SAP’s S4 Hana platform.

At International Rectifier he successfully led the $70M strategic Business Transformation and SAP ERP implementation. The project touched 3,200 of the 4,000 employees across 14 countries, and was delivered in 15 months, without disruption to normal business cadence.

At Qlogic, Luis led a global implementation of Oracle EBS in support of Qlogic’s Global Supply Chain Optimization efforts, which delivered a 12 month ROI from Supply Chain and global effective tax rate efficiencies.
