Through our paid NextGen Internship Program, we are seeking an Investments Intern to join our team for 10 weeks and gain valuable real-world experience by working in-person at Hudson Pacific Properties' headquarters in Los Angeles. As an integral member of the Investments team, you will contribute to day-to-day operations, assist with special projects, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to gain exposure to the inner workings of the company. What You'll Do * Support the Investments team with day-to-day operations and assist with ongoing departmental projects. * Conduct research, organize data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the department in staying current with market transactions and real estate trends, and the underwriting process. * Learn how to use excel and argus to build cash flow projections used in property valuation * The intern will create an Investment Committee Memo with a full underwriting model as a final project. * Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance department goals. * Complete a final Summer Showcase presentation outlining what you've learned and worked on during your internship and present to fellow interns and team members. * Ad hoc duties as assigned. What You'll Need * Applicants must have recently completed (within the last 2 years) or be currently enrolled in an applicable college-level or trade school program. * Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter.
