I wouldn't call them pros but the things I like about working there is its never a dull moment. It's a fast paced environment and the workers are, for the most part good people and lots of fun to work with.
It's not important that you do a good job or that you know anything about your job honestly. Women basically never get raises! They have the most difficult jobs and get paid the least. They are not rewarded for their hard work with any kind of perk. You wont be moved up. You wont get a raise and you wont be paid any more after 5 years than the new hire your having to train. The management over all is decent. They lack any kind of professional skills in management. Their not educated and have no idea what labor laws are, how you should speak to your employees, how to organize and adjust in order to keep everything moving the right way quickly. They are set in their ways and no matter how many times their way is producing bad products, they will not consider changing anything bc "its always be done it this way!"
They have a 401k and a decent health plan you can sign up for after you've been there a year. The pay is less than any other mobile home plant in the state, (mcdonalds starts out on a higher pay scale than kabco workers) they do add a $200 bonus to your check each week as long as you are not out for ANY reason, get there late or leave early. (Even if you have a doctors excuse)
Kyle Bennet has an open door policy. He is very down to earth and just a good guy that's trying to make good houses for his customers. He just needs to rethink the people he has in running his plants and choose some management that would improve the place instead of trying to keep everything exactly the way it is.
Have meetings where the employees can discuss issues they run into daily and discuss their ideas on how to improve things that are repeatedly a problem.
