We currently seek to fill the role of Machine Operator on second shift (M-TH 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM) to accurately operate various production machines, such as waterjet, gang drills, u-clip cutter, wave machine, shear, and punch press, all whie advancing KBC's mission of being a forward-thinking, collaborative, and ethical business. This position is also eligible for a 20% shift differential! Responsibilities Accurately processes parts following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications, while meeting scheduled router hours. Sets up, adjusts, and efficiently operates machine tools to perform operations requiring close/exact tolerances on products with various dimensions and finish specifications. Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials into machine. Maintains and inspects cutting tools for sharpness and usability. Calculates and sets controls and programming to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, and coolant flow. Starts and observes machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance processing and adjusts machine controls as required. Cleans and maintains machine tooling and parts to ensure that equipment is in optimal production condition. Maintains and edits programs to fine tune process for optimum performance. Maintains a safe and clean work area and environment. Performs other duties as needed. Qualifications Ability to read blueprints and plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job Description About the role We are currently seeking IT Interns that will be based out of our global headquarters in Perrysburg, OH during the Summer 2026 Semester. As an ITDP Intern, you will apply your skills in a dynamic team environment, while developing a broad understanding of our IT organization, its internal processes and the applications we support.
