SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Under the direct supervision of the Program Supervisor and/or Clinical Supervisor, the MHS-II responds to youth referred by Hawaii Cares crisis line, conducts participant intake and initiates all forms required to open case.
Provides crisis stabilization, engages with the client and his/her/their caregivers, provides encouragement and support, and ensures client safety by evaluating and helping to facilitate alternatives to alleviate the immediate situational stress causing the crisis. Provides face-to-face assessment of participant's risk for harm to self or others, and in collaboration with the participant and caregivers, facilitates creation of crisis prevention and safety plans. MH Specialist protects participant confidentiality and maintains a list of collaborative contacts specific to participants' needs, and provides
information and referral to community resources. Additional duties include obtaining and entering required participant/caregiver consents, required forms and participant data into the online case record, following shift schedules, submitting mileage logs and other miscellaneous reports in a timely manner, attending program staff meetings, participating in monthly individual and group supervision, and meeting all training requirements as assigned especially those relating to pertinent laws and cultural/ethnic diversity. POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the General Manager of Ag Operations at our Kapua Orchards facility in South Kona, Big Island, Hawaii, the Plant Manager oversees and supervises daily processing and plant operations. All of the product grown and processed at this facility are used in our Mauna Loa and Hawaiian Host products, two of Hawaii's largest retail brands sold and distributed across the U.S. and Asia. This role is accountable for human safety excellence, product quality, food safety protocols, production efficiency, high kernel recovery, cost management, maintenance, maintenance reliability, supplier accountability, warehousing, continuous improvement and overall plant performance driving improved yield and throughput. The Plant Manager role is a hands-on job and works closely with front line employees, leads by example, and works closely with cross-functional partners to ensures company targets are achieved. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Oversee all stages of the macadamia nut processing flow: WIS receiving, drying, cracking, optical sorting, pasteurizing, roasting, manual sorting, and sizing.
Leading all Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, Warehousing, and Scheduling functions and managers at the site and working closely with the site Orchard Manager and site FSQA Manager while reporting to the site GM.

Job Duties of a Dental Assistant include:
Update and maintain client's dental records
Assist the dentist with dental procedures
Take and process dental X-rays of patients
Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.
Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
Setting up instrument trays and preparing materials
Providing great patient care
