Develop and maintain structured Week One foundational training covering tools, workflows, Kahua product basics, customer context, and operating rhythms.
Design and manage Week Two role-based learning paths tailored for Sales, CS, Product, Engineering, Support, and corporate roles.
Create and update training documentation, playbooks, guides, and resources using SmartPages, Teams, and LMS platforms.
