Sebastien Codeville is CEO of KaiOS Technologies, the company behind an emerging, global ecosystem of affordable digital products and services. In 2016, Sebastien led the company in the development and delivery of their mobile operating system, KaiOS, which enables a new category of smart feature phones and other IoT devices that use limited memory, while still offering a rich user experience. Sebastien is a founding member of the company, bringing more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and technology. Under Sebastien’s leadership KaiOS is experiencing explosive growth, already powering 50 million phones in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia through partnerships with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Reliance Jio, HMD, Micromax, Doro, and Bullitt. The organization has also rapidly expanded globally from 50 to over 250 people within two years’ time.

Nicolas is Chief Commercial Officer at OneWeb, where he is responsible for its commercial strategy, sales, marketing, product development and customer service to drive rapid scale up and business growth. OneWeb’s multiple market segments include Satellite Broadband, Cellular Backhaul and Enterprise (Maritime, Aviation, Government, Oil and Gas, Connected Cars and IoT). Nicolas has extensive commercial and operational knowledge, with more than 15 years’ telecommunications industry experience in global sales, marketing and leadership roles.

Nicolas joined OneWeb from TCL Communications, a global mobile communications company, where he served as CEO after more than 12 years developing business in Latin America, North America and globally. Nicolas holds a Masters in Business Management from École Superieure de Commerce de Lyon, and an MBA from ESADE Business School.

James Ho is a CTO, SVP R&D at KaiOS Technologies and is based in 永和市, New Taipei City Special Municipality, Taiwan. He has worked as Senior Director, Mobile Devices at Mozilla; Senior Software Engineer at Broadmedia, Inc.; and Assistant Manager, Software Engineering at D Link. James studied at National Chiao Tung University between 1991 and 1995, National Chiao Tung University between 1997 and 2003, and National Chiao Tung University between 1995 and 1997.
