This position will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the organization's SharePoint environment, ensuring that the environment is running optimally and securely. This includes managing user accounts and permissions, creating and managing web pages, and working with other Division team members and IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues. The SharePoint Administrator must also be able to develop, deploy, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions, such as applications, forms, and workflows. In addition, the SharePoint Administrator must be able to develop and maintain training materials and provide end-user training and support. Primary Duties: SharePoint Online (SPO) Development: Design and develop SPO solutions, workflows, forms, and custom applications. Configure document libraries, lists, permissions, and metadata structures. Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices within SPO. IT Services Support: Provide Tier I-III IT services, such as troubleshooting, system administration, and end-user support. Support Office 365 applications, collaboration tools, and Division's enterprise IT infrastructure. Assist Government Project Lead (GPL) with system monitoring, updates to ensure security and performance. Implement ITIL-based service management processes for incident, problem, and change management. Integration & Modernization: Maintain, Update and Integrate future SPO items with MS Teams, Power BI, and external applications for enhanced collaboration. Assist with Migrating legacy data and applications into SharePoint Online. Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to support decision-making. Skills and Qualifications: SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Teams integration. Office 365 administration and Azure Active Directory. IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL. System administration, troubleshooting, and user support. Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and management of SharePoint environments, with proven experience in developing custom scripts and solutions. Working knowledge with Active Directory, SQL Server administration, and Microsoft 365 integration, including hybrid environment management and configuration. Experience as part of a team to successfully plan and execute SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and large-scale implementation projects. Experience as part of a team to implement SharePoint security best practices, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks, including experience with audit and monitoring tools. Working knowledge configuring and maintaining SharePoint service applications, including Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile services. Exceptional problem-solving abilities combined with strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously. Experience working with scripting and automation. Preferred Skills and Experience (not required): UI/UX design and development utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection. Microsoft certifications: SharePoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, or related certifications. Advanced expertise in Power Platform tools, including the development of complex Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions. Experience leading SharePoint initiatives and mentoring junior administrators. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a Information Technology or another related technical field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree a substitution may be allowed in addition to years of applicable experience. Five (5) years of relevant experience. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional (5) years of relevant experience may be substituted. Of the minimum five (5) years of experience, at least three of those years must be in DoD in either IT, Cyber Security, or Enterprise Architecture capability areas. Security+ CE Certification Clearance: This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance. Compensation: While skills, education, and experience are key factors, they are not the sole determinants of salary. Other determining factors include but are not limited to location, contract budgets and requirements, and government labor category guidelines. The program provides systems engineering support of weapons systems on various platforms including technical research and development of technologies, analysis, and documentation as part of the acquisition of Aircraft, Weapon, and Integrated Systems and the evaluation of their technical performance, mission suitability and associated acquisition risks throughout the full acquisition process and lifecycle of a program. The program which this position supports is responsible for managing the aircraft, simulators, and associated systems that support the U.S. Navy's undergraduate pilot training pipeline. Primary Duties: Support systems engineering activities related to sustainment, upgrades, and safety of the T-6B Texan II. Monitor system performance, integration, and airworthiness Coordinate with stakeholders across NAVAIR, training squadrons, and contractors to ensure fleet readiness and training mission effectiveness. Contribute to risk management, technical documentation, and compliance with acquisition standards. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise is required. Desired Experience: Fixed-Wing Aviation Experience: familiarity with aircraft systems, flight training operations, or acquisition support for fixed-wing aircraft. Knowledge of systems engineering processes and naval acquisition lifecycle. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university. Three (3) years of recent and relevant experience. Clearance: This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required. Compensation: While skills, education, and experience are key factors, they are not the sole determinants of salary. Other determining factors include but are not limited to location, contract budgets and requirements, and government labor category guidelines.
