Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices within SPO. IT Services Support: Provide Tier I-III IT services, such as troubleshooting, system administration, and end-user support. Support Office 365 applications, collaboration tools, and Division's enterprise IT infrastructure. Assist Government Project Lead (GPL) with system monitoring, updates to ensure security and performance. Implement ITIL-based service management processes for incident, problem, and change management. Integration & Modernization: Maintain, Update and Integrate future SPO items with MS Teams, Power BI, and external applications for enhanced collaboration. Assist with Migrating legacy data and applications into SharePoint Online. Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to support decision-making. Skills and Qualifications: SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Teams integration. Office 365 administration and Azure Active Directory. IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL. System administration, troubleshooting, and user support. Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and management of SharePoint environments, with proven experience in developing custom scripts and solutions. Working knowledge with Active Directory, SQL Server administration, and Microsoft 365 integration, including hybrid environment management and configuration.
