Jack A. Hockema is President and Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Hockema has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since October 2001 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 2006. Previously, Mr. Hockema served as Executive Vice President of Kaiser Aluminum and President of Kaiser Aluminum Fabricated Products. In this capacity, he was responsible for sales and manufacturing operations for the company’s Engineered Products business unit and the Flat-Rolled Products business unit. He had also previously served as Vice President and President of the Company’s Engineered Products business unit. Prior to joining Kaiser in 1995, he was the principal in a metals industry management consulting and investment advisory firm and had held senior executive positions with Bohn Extruded Products, a division of Gulf+Western, and American Brass Specialty Products. In addition, he had previously been employed by Kaiser (from 1977 to 1982) in production/operations management positions at several Company locations. He holds a Master of Science degree in Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, both from Purdue University.
