This includes coordinating and delivering trainings or other educational encounters, assisting in maintaining educational and training resources, making updates to educational materials and courses, and collecting and analyzing data from classes and programs. Roles in this subfunction also assess and understand the individual needs of trainees, both from a classroom perspective and a broader population perspective. Minimum Qualifications: + Minimum one (1) year of experience teaching classes or conducting training programs for groups or individuals. + Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare environment or similar environment. + Bachelors Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Counseling, Education, Psychology, Nursing, Nutrition, or related field AND minimum three (3) years of experience in health-related education or a directly related field, OR Minimum six (6) years of experience in health-related education or a directly related field.
