In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for system build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of assigned applications. This position will possess clinical or IT systems knowledge and experience to develop and support safe and high quality care using the electronic health record. This position will perform in depth and precise investigation and documentation of future- state operational specifications and application functionality. The Senior Audio Video Engineer is responsible for designing, supporting, implementing, and maintaining audio and video systems for Kaiser Permanente Enterprise systems. The Senior Audio Video Engineer maintains and administers video conferencing platforms and works with the business to support project-based deliverables for meeting technology at KP. They test and evaluate presentation and video systems for optimum performance in support of ongoing and future business needs and work with vendors to get the best services available.
