As part of the Kaiser National Contracting Department, this position plays a key role in building and operationalizing a unified National Provider Relations structure and framework. The role partners closely with the National Provider Relations leader to standardize processes, strengthen communication pathways, and support the development of a scalable, enterprise-wide model that enhances provider engagement across all markets. It also provides in-person provider relations support, serving as a direct liaison to providers to reinforce relationships, address operational concerns, and ensure consistent delivery of the national strategy at the local level.

The RSIII will administer a structured interview including a detailed questionnaire about life experiences, a cognitive test battery, and the collection of physical measurements. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology, of the neurology system.
Knowledge of electro neurologic testing and associated equipment.
Knowledge of acute care setting, performing electro encephalogram (EEG) procedures on infant, pediatric and adult patients.
Demonstrated familiarity with TJC (The Joint Commission) accreditation standards.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment and take appropriate actions in volatile situations.
Must be able to understand, read and write the English language.
Must be able to type a minimum of 55 wpm
Ability to work around strong smells (i.e. collodion, acetone, bleach, hospital cleaner)
Ability to work with patients with special needs or altered level of consciousness.
