The staff and physicians are great partners and very proud to provide quality care and service. J
My favorite benefit is working for a preventive-care health care organization.
The intense union negotiations sometimes get in the way of work and distract people from their day-to-day responsibilities.
KP is a highly collaborative organization, so I would suggest providing information about various department and teams you have worked with in your current position, and how you partnered with them to achieve critical business goals, KPIs, and successes.
Innovative and walks the talk with regard to our mission and values.
I would create more opportunities for enterprise-wide employee engagement for management and staff, using live conferences and presentations which are videotaped and posted on the company’s intranet or internal platforms such as Teams and Slack.
In my experience the compensation at KP compares to the industry average is
The representation of diverse demographics at KP is is very diverse but it could be better when it comes to diverse management and leadership.
The most fulfilling aspect of my work at KP was being in the start-up team for new departments and initiatives and bringing concepts to fruition with colleagues. I also received much joy by being innovative and along with my teams, creating firsts for Kaiser Permanente.
Pay and be benefits
Having to suck-up to charge nurses who are clearly biased to their “own”.

Excellent CEO and upper management. Middle management is clueless.
DEI is alive and well at Kaiser. Try and find a Caucasian being hire after 1/1/2024. There is unspoken code when a white male applies for a position.
Drop a name of someone already employed there, and you’re in.
The best
They are trying to remove all white males with unspoken guidelines.

The environment prioritizes maintaining an appropriate workflow in order to provide the greatest of service.
There is nothing about Kaiser Permanente that I dislike, just that the workflow is always fast paced.
I don't have any benefits since I am just a contractor.
I like that it is a nonprofit focused on caring for other people.
Anything I don't like is not particular to Kaiser Permanente. I don't like huge corporations. Since working at a corporation is required of people living in this country I want to work for one that at least tries to help others.
That it is not a tech company and of course healthcare benefits!
