Kaleida Health company history timeline
In 1998, DeGraff partnered with Kaleida Health to become part of the largest health care system in Western New York.
Following a pilot phase, HEALTHeLINK officially launched the clinical information exchange to the Western New York health care community on January 21, 2009.
By 2014, all Western New York area hospitals were now HEALTHeLINK participants and in just one year, the number of patient record lookups had exceeded one million.

In 2018, DeGraff revolutionized emergency care by opening the doors to a new and expanded Emergency Department (ED). By increasing the size to 10,000 square feet, the ED vastly improves the entire patient and family experience, both from a clinical and comfort standpoint.
In 2018 BRMC merged into OGH.
